  • Did you know that “National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day” is actually a day we celebrate?

National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day is celebrated on April 30.

Here’s why celebrating National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day is so important:

Every year, millions of cats and dogs end up in animal shelters across the country. These animals are often there because they were lost or abandoned, and they need a loving home to call their own.

When you adopt a pet from a shelter, you’re not only giving that animal a second chance at a happy life, but you’re also supporting the important work that shelters do. Adopting a pet from a shelter can also be more affordable than buying from a breeder, and you’ll know that you’re helping to reduce the number of animals in shelters.

Plus, pets can bring so much joy and companionship into our lives! Dogs are great for getting exercise and exploring the outdoors, while cats are known for their relaxing and snuggly personalities. No matter what kind of pet you adopt, you’ll be gaining a loyal friend who will always be by your side.

Celebrating National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day can be a fun way to show your support for animal shelters and encourage others to consider adopting a pet. You could volunteer at a local shelter, share pictures and stories of your own adopted pets on social media, or even throw an adoption-themed party with your friends and family.

So, let’s all take a moment to appreciate the amazing pets waiting for their forever homes in animal shelters and consider adopting a shelter pet ourselves. Who knows – you might just find your new best friend!

  • Why we should CELEBRATE Earth say?

Absolutely! Celebrating Earth Day is super important, and here’s why:

Our planet is awesome! It’s home to millions of different kinds of plants, animals, and people, and it’s the only place we know of in the entire universe where life can exist. Earth is also full of natural resources like air, water, and soil that we need to survive.

But, unfortunately, our planet is also facing some serious challenges. Climate change, pollution, and habitat destruction are just a few of the problems that threaten our environment and the life that depends on it. This is why we should celebrate Earth Day – to remind ourselves of the importance of taking care of our planet and to inspire action to make things better.

Celebrating Earth Day can be really fun, too! You can plant a tree, go for a nature walk, clean up a park or beach, or participate in a community event that promotes environmental awareness. You could even have an Earth Day party with your friends and family, complete with eco-friendly decorations and activities like making recycled crafts or trying a plant-based recipe.

So, let’s all take some time to appreciate the amazing planet we live on and commit to doing our part to protect it for future generations. Happy Earth Day!

  • April showers? Baby showers! Did you know that most birthdays are in November?

There is a popular belief that more people are born in November than any other month, but this is actually a myth. While it is true that November is one of the busiest months for births, it is not the month with the highest number of births.

There are a few possible explanations for why November seems to have more birthdays than other months. One reason is that November is the month with the highest number of holidays, which may make it more convenient for people to take time off work and have a baby. Additionally, November is often a time when people are feeling more festive and celebratory, which may make them more likely to start a family.

However, when looking at actual data on birth rates, it is clear that there is no statistically significant difference in the number of births between November and other months. In the United States, for example, the month with the highest number of births is typically September, followed by August and July.

  • Cherry blossom Season

Cherry blossom season is a time of year when cherry trees, which are known for their beautiful pink or white flowers, bloom in many parts of the world. This usually happens in the springtime and is a sign that winter is over and warmer weather is on the way.

People celebrate cherry blossom season for a few different reasons. For one, the flowers themselves are simply beautiful to look at, and many people enjoy taking walks or picnicking under the cherry trees while they’re in bloom. In some cultures, the cherry blossom is also seen as a symbol of renewal and new beginnings, which makes it an especially meaningful time of year.

One of the most famous places to see cherry blossoms is in Japan, where the season is called “sakura.” In Japan, people celebrate cherry blossom season by having picnics and parties under the trees, and there are even festivals and parades dedicated to the event. Many people also write haiku poems or create art inspired by the cherry blossoms during this time.

Overall, cherry blossom season is a special time of year that brings joy and beauty to many people around the world. Whether you’re admiring the flowers on a walk through the park or attending a cherry blossom festival, it’s a time to celebrate the arrival of spring and all the new possibilities it brings.

  • Celebrating myself… my birthday is next.

Since I am always preaching about CELEBRATING, now is my turn to celebrate me!

Yep, I am turning 45, and I am proud of my age. It took me a long time to find myself, I have to confess.  Lots of ups and downs to finally understand, who am I, and I am still not done.

Some people are lucky to be able to see sooner than others, what are the important things in life. Everyone also has a different perspective on this subject.   It all depends on a lot of factors, life experiences, values, etc. Let’s not get too philosophical about it. I will keep it simple.

In my experience, I learned that what makes me happy is the ability to help others, and the moments I have with the people I love.

Some people choose differently, that’s what makes us all unique. Isn’t that beautiful? We are unique! Every single person in the world is different, different is beautiful!

Reminds me a lot about this video I saw it once and I will make sure to attach it here, talking about the odds of being alive. which should reinforce why we should CELEBRATE!
